The Fertility Wheel is a self-assessment and reflection tool designed to help you see your fertility journey as a whole not just cycles, tests, or outcomes.

Adapted from the classic “Wheel of Life,” it reframes balance through a fertility lens, inviting you to observe patterns across physical, emotional, relational, and personal areas that shape resilience and decision-making.

This isn’t about fixing everything at once. It’s a snapshot, a visual flicker of where you are right now.

The categories offered (cycle awareness, progress, control and surrender, emotions, partnership, self-care, curiosity, expectations) are prompts, not rules. You’re encouraged to change them as your journey evolves.

There’s no scoring, judgment, or interpretation. You rate each area, color the wheel, and observe the shape that appears. Smooth or uneven, it highlights where energy is leaking, where strength already exists, and where small shifts may matter most.
