FAM EXTENDED COURSE - PDF

Fertility Awareness Method Extended Course. I call it an "extended" course because the one in the TTC PLANNER is a little shorter. It is not intended to teach you everything there is to know about FAM Methods, but teach you very clearly everything you need to know to start charting and taking your fertility into your own hands. 

You will keep learning further and asking questions in order to understand your own body. You will feel empowered and at the same time surprised you weren't taught this skill before. 

I believe every teenager should learn at least one of these methods; not only to be in charge of their own reproduction but also to avoid unnecessary medications and hormones. And, ultimately, to avoid years of trying to understand what their bodies are telling them.
